Pelvic Health Acupuncture

Pelvic Health Begins at the Root…

Embodiment, Stability & Power

SPECIALIZED TRAINING & PRACTICE

Nashalla brings advanced specialized training in the intersection of acupuncture and pelvic floor medicine — a nuanced discipline addressing the deep structural foundations of the body. Her work targets the often-overlooked network of muscles, tendons, and connective tissues that anchor pelvic stability, spinal integrity, and ease of movement.

Through precise acupuncture techniques, often done in a series of sessions, Nashalla addresses sacral torsion and lower back dysfunction by tracing the root causes held within the body's deepest layers — bringing relief, restored alignment, and renewed ease to those suffering from chronic pelvic and lumbar pain.

Trained under Dr. Krystal Lynn Couture, DPT, LAc, The Pelvic Acu, with decades of training as a pelvic physical therapist and creator of a in-depth training program for Licensed acupuncturists. The Pelvic Acu has a vision the "shift the conversation from ‘fixing symptoms’ to restoring connection — helping practitioners support the body from its deepest foundation.

EveryBODY: women who are postpartum, going through hormonal shifts that change their pelvic landscape in perimenopause and menopause, men who are recovering from Prostate surgical intervention and treatments, and our non-binary or Trans LQBTQ+ patients, some who have had surgical care in their gender affirming process — ALL deserve to have their center be attended to with respect towards both function and embodiment.

TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE

Nashalla's decades of training in trauma-informed care bring a profound dimension to pelvic healing. She understands that the pelvis is not only a structural center but a place where the body stores unspoken experiences. With exceptional sensitivity, Nashalla carefully titrates the pace of treatment to honor the nervous system's readiness — ensuring that each session feels like an invitation rather than an intrusion.

In her hands, acupuncture becomes more than physical medicine. It becomes a way of touching the spirit — helping clients feel genuinely resourced, held, and met with care. Rather than overwhelming the body's stored memory, her approach allows healing to arise gently, restoring a sense of safety and wholeness from within.
