Where is your mind? I welcome you to take your seat…
I invite you to take a seat…
Whether you’ve stepped away from your meditation practice or simply feel like it’s grown a little stale, this retreat offers a gentle and supportive space to begin again.
Back to the Cushion is a meditation reboot for anyone who’s looking to reconnect with the heart of their practice. Over the course of this retreat, we’ll revisit foundational techniques, explore what may be getting in the way, and create space for renewed clarity, discipline, and inspiration. With a mix of guided sessions, silent practice, mindful movement, and open discussion of foundational aspects of meditation, you’ll have the chance to return to your cushion with fresh eyes and a sense of possibility.
This retreat is ideal for:
Lapsed or inconsistent meditators ready to recommit
Longtime practitioners looking to refresh their connection
Those curious how to bring meditation into a self care habit
Anyone who wants to deepen their mindfulness in a beautiful, grounded setting
Come as you are. Leave with renewed focus, inner spaciousness, and a practical path forward.
Retreat includes:
Daily meditation instruction and practice
Supportive group dialogue and reflection
Mindful movement
Time in nature and silence
A welcoming, non-judgmental community
Whether it’s been just an inkling, months or years, the path is always waiting—and so is your cushion.
